Allis Karim is the founder senior member of Smart Law Solicitors LLP

Allis has 18 years of experience practising commercial law after training and qualifying with major City law firm Nabarro Nathanson based in London’s Mayfair.

During his career he has worked as in-house Counsel to major financial institutions and acted for financial regulatory authorities (investment and pensions). Allis’ varied experience and insight has led to some notable victories when defending private investors against financial institutions.

Allis founded Smart Law in 2004. Allis’ financial background and entrepreneurial approach to his work mean that Smart Law has generally attracted commercial organisations as its core client base. Smart Law has expanded over the years and now has a team with the expertise to advise on a wide range of legal areas, assisting businesses and individuals in Contract Law, Litigation, Business Law, Music and Entertainment Law, Family Law and Property Law.
